We require a 20% deposit to book the apartment with a minimum of £85.00
Booking will be held for 7 days so you can book your flights.
We require payment in GBP by cheque or bank transfer.
International payments will only be accepted
by the VRBO (Owners Direct / HomeAway UK)
or Holiday Lettings On Line Payment Systems.
NOTES:
As the UK Television is provided via an Internet Set Top box,
we cannot be held responsible for any Internet Downtime.
If there are 8 weeks or less to your holiday we will require the payment in full.
The Rental Balance is to be paid 8 weeks before your holiday along with a £125 security deposit.
This £125 security deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after your holiday,
subject to a satisfactory check on the apartment following your departure.
